    This policy applies only to items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not delivered.
    We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference after delivery.


    Non-Returnable Situations

    We may not offer refunds in the following cases:

    • The order is marked as delivered and no issue is reported
    • The item has been used or damaged by the customer
    • Incorrect shipping details were provided at checkout
    • The package was unclaimed or refused
